1. Measure Your Space
Measure each wall and take note of windows, doors, and returns. If you have obstacles, reach out for support.
2. Select your DIY Closet Solution
Pick a pre-designed closet system that suits your needs and matches the available space you have. Select the closest size option for now, the exact measurement of your back wall does need to be noted upon checkout!
3. Product Delivery or Pickup
Pickups are free at 401690 Grey Road 4, Hanover, Ontario. Most orders are ready for pick up within 5-7 business days. For delivery within an 80KM radius of Hanover, there is a small fee. Delivery day and time will be communicated once your order is placed. Most orders are delivered within two weeks.
4. Order Online
To place your order, you can do it online or over the phone with our sales staff.
5. Receive Your Kit
Review your kit and ensure all pieces are present prior to installation. If you happen to encounter any issues, reach out to our sales team for a quick resolution.
6. Easy and Efficient Assembly
Our reach-in closet solutions utilize a unique but easy to install hang track system. Watch the assembly video and follow the assembly instructions provided with your kit.
7. Customer Service
We’re here to help you every step of the way! If you need assistance measuring your closet, we’re happy to support you. And even after you purchase, if you have any installation questions, we’re here to help until you are 100% satisfied.

Each closet system at Wilson Solutions is designed specifically to fit the length of your closet. The systems are 14” deep, allowing for convenient storage and access. To ensure a perfect fit, the actual length of the closet system will be ¼ inch less than what you select. This ensures that all pieces easily fit into your space.
We offer ¾” thick material that is thermal-fused melamine on an industrial grade compressed composite.
We currently offer two options for our closet systems: white or cloud grey. We also provide hardware selections of polished chrome or black. Feel free to reach out to us directly for more information and to discuss your specific needs. We’re here to help you create the perfect closet solution!

If you prefer to have us handle the installation of the closet system, you can add that on as an option at check out. We will reach out to schedule an installation date and time.

This depends on the size of your reach-in closet. Once you install your hang track system the uprights and shelves install with ease.
We pack all of our orders placed with very careful checks and balances. If however something unexpected happens, you should email us. We reply within 24 hours admin@wilsonsolutions.ca.
Assembly instructions will be included with your kit. They will also be emailed to you once your order is confirmed. You can also reference our video instructions.
