At Wilson Solutions, we strive to provide our customers with the best shipping experience possible. Currently, we offer shipping services across Ontario. For our slatwall and slatwall accessories, we offer free shipping for orders within those categories that exceed $400. However, please note that our cabinets require specialized handling and are typically shipped on large box trucks with carriers, which may result in higher shipping costs. Once you place an order for cabinets, our team will carefully review it and determine if any additional fees are necessary. If so, we will contact you to discuss the options and provide further clarification. PICK-UPS
At Wilson Solutions, we provide complimentary pick-up services for all closet orders placed at our location in Hanover, Ontario. Our efficient processing ensures that most orders are ready for pick-up within 5-7 business days. Once your order is confirmed, we will promptly communicate the pick-up date and time to you. Please note that slatwall, slatwall accessories, and cabinets are not available for local pick-up and will be shipped directly to your address.
DELIVERY
At Wilson Solutions, we are delighted to provide the convenience of delivery and installation services within an 80km radius of Hanover, Ontario. If you reside beyond this distance, kindly reach out to us at admin@wilsonsolutions.ca to check your eligibility for delivery and installation. Alternatively, if you prefer to handle the installation yourself, you can opt for shipping or local pick up.
RETURNS
Wilson Solutions accepts returns for orders within 30 days of pick-up/delivery date, subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Prior to returning items, customers are required to contact admin@wilsonsolutions.ca.
WARRANTY
Wilson Solutions offers a limited lifetime warranty on our products. The warranty does not include damages due to misuse, unconfirmed design modifications, or abuse. If an item is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. If not available, we will coordinate an alternative item or issue a refund on that item.
